How we can help cheese or yoghurt makers

Imagine you're in the kitchen attempting to put together a batch of fetta cheese. You've got hold of a promising recipe, but want to make a few tweaks that you think will improve it. You write them down on a piece of paper, or try to commit them to memory. Your friends enjoy the cheese and many months later you would like to remake the successful recipe, but the paper can't be found. That zealous cleaning spree at the start of spring must have filed it in the recycling bin. If only you had stored it in a location that you couldn't accidentally lose it.

Or what if your batch didn't work? What went wrong? You're sure this worked last time. What was it that you did differently from last time? Was is the ambient temperature? Was it the same culture? Did you mix the correct flavours in with the jar afterwards? If only you had kept track of the last good batch, and all the differences in the current one.

What if you've given some of your hand made yoghurt to your friends. Some like it, other don't and have recommended some flavour changes. How can you track which batch was appreciated by which people? How do you know which batch had which recommendations from certain friends? Wouldn't it be good to be able to log feedback on each batch?

At the end of a 365 day subscription you are not obliged to pay for a subsequent 365 day subscription, and no automatic payments are made. Instead you get asked the same question again, that for another 365 days of access you pay the cost of a 365 day subscription as it stands at that time. The 365 days of access starts from the payment date. There are no obligations at the expirey of a 365 day subscription to continue subscribing, and no automatic subscriptions are charged to you. We do not store your payment details after a payment is made, just a copy of the receipt we email to you for our tax records.
